We find the construction process with Signature is easy going from the outset. They respond to tender documentation in the manner requested making like for like price comparisons simpler and providing price transparency. Once appointed there is great attention to detail given in the procurement of critical path items and issues and the presenting of an agreed sequencing format and program to ensure PC is delivered on time.

They are well versed in working in difficult situations, (for example in multi-tenanted building where there may be noise restrictions imposed etc.) and where communication with adjoining occupants or neighbours is essential.

Any variations are seen in a mindset of trying to accommodate the client within the context of an open forum rather than having an automatic implication on cost and time and such discussions are undertaken in an amicable environment. They care about the client’s need and motivations.
