Cavendish Health Centre
We expertly delivered the fit-out and refurbishment of Ferguson House, Marylebone, creating a new headquarters for five NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) alongside a GP surgery and primary care centre. With tenants occupying all six floors throughout the project, meticulous planning and phased execution were key. We refurbished four office floors to CAT B, incorporating bespoke joinery, furniture, kitchens, and lockers, while the remaining floors were completed to CAT A+, ready for NHS specialist installations.
The final phase focused on the reception area, where we installed new entry systems, high-spec M&E, and custom fittings, ensuring a seamless and modern space for staff and patients.
Through careful coordination and precision, we transformed Ferguson House into a state-of-the-art medical and office facility tailored to NHS needs.
