1st and 2nd fix electrical and mechanical services, CAT 6 data throughout. New stud and glazed partitions to form meeting room, Offices, including the Installation of a new Kitchen and accompanying appliances, Strip recessed ceiling lighting. Decoration throughout and floor finishes to Client requirements.

What made this project challenging, was a 4 weeks project duration. We worked closely with SPACE NK to insure all our clients requirements were met and that they could move in on the critical date. Our onsite project manager was on hand 24/7 to ensure things went too plan. But as for most projects for when they didn’t, we was always on hand to problem solve and in necessary incorporate any last minute changes. Not only was the end result better than expected in terms of quality, the effort shown by all involved was commended above all by the client.
